What MeetingSlip is
MeetingSlip is a scheduling service at meetingslip.co. Sales teams use it to send a calendar invite for a phone call you agreed to, and to give you a page where you can confirm, move or cancel that call. This page covers what MeetingSlip itself holds and does. Questions: privacy@meetingslip.co.
What we hold about a booking
- Your name, your email address and the phone number the call will go to.
- The day and time of the call, and the name of the person calling you.
- What you did with it: accepted or declined the calendar invite, confirmed, moved or cancelled on your page.
These details are given to MeetingSlip by the team that booked the call with you. MeetingSlip does not collect them from anywhere else.
What this website collects
- When you open your booking page, the request reaches our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs (your IP address, browser type and the time).
- When you use the contact form, your email address and your message.
- Mail you send to a meetingslip.co address, including calendar replies your mail app sends when you accept or decline.
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads nothing from third parties.
What it is used for
To send you the invite and any update to it, to show you your booking page, and to tell the team that booked the call what you answered. Nothing else.
Who sees it
The team that booked the call with you, and the companies that deliver our email and host this site, who act on our instructions. What that team does with your details outside scheduling, including on and after the call, is covered by their own privacy notice. Ask the person named on your invite for it.
How long it is kept
A booking and its history stay on record with the team that booked it, for as long as they keep their records. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer them.
Your choices
- Cancel a call from the page linked in its invite. That stops the call and takes it off your calendar.
- Ask us to cancel a call, or to delete what MeetingSlip holds about a booking, at privacy@meetingslip.co. Write from the address the invite reached so we can find it.
- To stop hearing from the team itself, tell the person named on your invite, or tell us and we will pass it on.
